Community access and independence

I help people get out to the things that matter to them: recreation, leisure, personal development and building new skills. From 2018 I worked with The RISC Association supporting people with severe intellectual and physical disabilities to take part in community life and build their own support networks, planning activities with clients, advocates and families. I always encourage independence while keeping people safe and treated with dignity.

Mental health and psychosocial support

I'm Mental Health First Aid accredited, and I've supported people living with anxiety, depression, complex PTSD, dissociative identity disorder and substance use. I've also completed training in positive behaviour support.

Complex needs

If you need more clinical support, such as bowel care, PEG feeding or catheter care, see my high-intensity NDIS support page.
