Privacy policy

When you contact me

This website has no forms and no accounts. If you phone, text or email me, I use your details only to reply to you and to talk about your care. I don't sell or share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it or you ask me to (for example, to talk with your support coordinator).

Website analytics

This website uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It uses cookies to collect information such as the pages you visit, roughly where you are (city level), and the type of device and browser you use. It does not tell me who you are.

It also uses Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors move around and click on pages (for example, scrolling and taps) so I can see where the website is hard to use. Clarity hides text you might type and does not identify you. You can read Microsoft's privacy statement.

This information is processed by Google and Microsoft, which may store it outside Australia. You can read Google's privacy policy, or stop Google Analytics collecting your visits with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
